The School is pleased to announce that Mandy Sim Siew Chen has passed her PhD viva voce examination held on 6 December 2019, with minor corrections.

Her thesis, 'The moderating effect of partnership quality on the service quality-satisfaction-loyalty framework', was supervised by Associate Professor Dr Maniam Kaliannan and Associate Professor Dr Avvari Visveswara Mohan.

The Internal Examiner was Associate Professor Dr Dilip S.
